Return Policy

We take pride in all of the products that we have created. If an item does not meet your expectations, contact us via email or phone within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly exchange any products that have been discovered as defective, and will accept most items for a refund or store credit. All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee to cover processing.

How to submit a return:

-- Return request must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.

-- Item must be returned in NEW condition (i.e. not used, broken, or worn), with all original packaging contents included.

-- Contact us at mgt@bolawkungfu.com to explain your request. Include a complete copy of our correspondance and a copy of your original sales receipt when shipping the returning item.

-- We highly recommend insuring goods for their full value, and safely wrapping items to prevent shipping damage. Charges associated with returning items to Bo Law Kung Fu are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the wrong item was shipped.

-- Returning item must be received by our staff within 10 days of initial return request.

-- Unfortunately, Bo Law Kung Fu is unable to accept returns dropped off by customers at its headquarters at this time.

Bo Law Kung Fu reserves the right to refuse any returns received in non-sellable condition, and any returns not following our instructions above. Upon receipt of the returned item, the packaging contents will be evaluated and processed by our staff. If approved, Bo Law Kung Fu refunds customers via the original payment method, or will issue a store credit based upon the item's original sale price less applicable restocking fees.
