All with a varied purpose and use. The Dragon Wooden Bench may appear useless to the untrained eye, however in the hands of a skilled martial artist, it becomes a fierce and powerful fighting weapon. The shape and construction of the bench lends itself to the major techniques of our Southern Style of Kung Fu. Thus, the whole of the bench can be used to defend oneself. The seat is used for striking and blocking, and the legs for ensnaring other weapons. The Dragon Bench can also be used to gouge, hook, and take down other weapons, as well as well as execute a variety of sweeps, blocks and powerful strikes. The Kung Fu bench is an unassuming everyday weapon that is a must for all serious students to lean and master. This seminar is open to everyone, regardless of experience.
