Welcome to New York's premier Kung Fu and Tai Chi training center.

Kung Fu is a form of Chinese martial arts or technical skill created many centuries ago. More than a tool for self-defense, Kung Fu is an exercise in physical discipline and control. Today martial arts and meditation is practiced to reduce stress, increase physical performance, and harmonize one's spirit. It has long been known to be a tool to balance the mind, body, and spirit. Kung Fu training is a way to recognize and improve oneself.

We believe in upholding and promoting the true essence of Kung Fu, which is not only about developing physical prowess, but developing moral integrity as well. It is this philosophy that gives our members reassurance that they will learn more than just punching and kicking.

Getting in shape, gaining confidence, and awareness are all immediate benefits of learning Kung Fu, but learning to apply the underlying philosophy to all aspects of your life is the greatest benefit of them all. |
